Worship Update

Being in leadership is never easy and the session takes their responsibility to lead Bethel very seriously.  After, praying, meeting, and watching the number of Covid-19 cases the session has decided that we will NOT meet in person July 5 or July 12th.  The session will then evaluate the situation and determine if we can begin to meet in person again.  The sermon will be available on the website and Facebook on Sunday mornings.

I know that social distancing, wearing masks, and being as safe as possible is burdensome, but I am thankful that everyone has taken their part in stopping the spread of Covid-19 seriously.  We have several members that have been self quarantining due to possible exposure and know of many who currently are suffering from the illness.  Please continue to keep all in your prayers especially Ruby’s son who continues to recover.
Call to Prayer
The session asks that we as a faith family join together each week in a time of prayer.  We will pray for the world, the nation, the end to Covid-19, and especially for all who are suffering from the affects of the disease.  We will join together and pray at 10:00 A.M. Mondays.  We simply ask you to take a minute and go to God in prayer.  I will provide a prayer each Monday on the church website and Facebook page that you may read or feel free to speak from your heart to God about all the troubles that are facing us during this time.
Blessings,
Rev. Melissa
