January 17th Service

Blessings to you on this the Lord’s Day.  We find ourselves today in January 2021 and we are still waiting it seems.  It is the season of Epiphany in the church and today is the second Sunday of the season, yet we are still waiting.  It is MLK weekend and it has been over 50 years since Martin Luther King Jr.’s death and yet we still wait.  We wait for an end to the pandemic that took over most of 2020, we wait for the day when MLK’s dream will become reality, and we wait for the world to have that ah ha moment and turn away from sin and towards God.  We wait holding on to the hope that is in Christ and that a better day is coming.  Don’t give up on the hope that is Christ our Lord!
