Birthdays are days for celebrating with family and friends and are joyous occasions no matter your age.  Today we celebrate the birthday of the Church.  It is Pentecost the day that the Holy Spirit was given to Christ’s followers and the Church was born.  May we celebrate once again with joy and thanksgiving the gift of the Holy Spirit and the life of the Church.
