The holidays are a wonderful and hectic time! There is a lot going on and the Advent season will be here before you know it. You will find below a list of upcoming dates and activities during the Advent season. I hope you will make plans to join us for some or all of them!

• November 26th- 10 AM decorating the church for Advent and church Clean Up.
• November 27th- 11:15 AM First Sunday in Advent and Hanging of the Greens.
• December 11th- Church Christmas Party following 11:15 AM worship service (see below for details).
• December 25th- Christmas, 11:15 AM worship of Lessons and Carols. Join us to hear the story of the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ through scripture and song.

Church Christmas Party-This year we are glad to return to our tradition of celebrating the Lord’s birth in a big way during our Church Christmas party. We will join together in a meal of finger foods (sandwiches, appetizers, and desserts) following the 11:15 AM service, but there is more. Bring a $10 or less wrapped gift and join in on the white elephant Christmas party game following the meal. We also ask you to bring a Christmas gift for Bethel to help stock the pantry if you will. Gifts can be anything that we use regularly at church like tissues, paper towels, toilet paper, room spray, cleaners, soap, etc. Don’t think we are only thinking of ourselves though! The Deacons have decided to help the Palmer Home for Children this year. We will be getting a list of needed items soon and if you would like to help with this project please see one of the Deacons.
