October 1st Service

We gather around the table today and celebrate communion with Christians around the world.  Christians from many different countries and many different denominations celebrate World Communion Sunday each year on October 1st.  We hope you will join us at 11:15 am for worship and communion.

If you are unable to join us in person you may listen to today’s sermon by clicking HERE.

Thanks, Melissa! Was glad to see we are using the same Scripture today. My turn to preach and so glad World Communion Sunday fell to me. Interesting history of this feast day and intrigued to find out more. I went a different direction but within the same orbit. Also am bringing loaves of bread (one per family) from different nations. We have a World Bakery here, so it was easy enough to do. Looking forward to Fall Break and a trip up north. shalom. p

What a wonderful idea to bring each family a loaf of bread. I would love to visit a World Bakery! Enjoy your trip up north!
